WHAT WE DO
PanAndean Kommerz is a market expansion corporation based in Europe (Austria) and South America (Colombia), enabling mid-sized companies with excellent products or services to expand their business into new markets. We are dedicated to managing all the steps in the value chain needed to bring products from the production facilities on the selling side of business, to the shelves of our customers on the buying side, in retail stores and other sales channels.
We are an international team with customers and contacts, both in the German speaking countries (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) as in the most countries in the ANDEAN Region (Colombia, Peru, Ecuador). All four founders of Pan Andean Kommerz have gained extensive experience in sales in the industrial, consumers and financial industry. Furthermore, the team members are experienced in successfully building, managing and expanding business in both Europe and South America. This gives us the opportunity to offer our customers the benefit of having deep cultural knowledge and sensitivity on both sides of the Atlantic Ocean.
OUR MISSION STATEMENT
Become the number one business expansion company for commerce from and to the German speaking world, from and to the ANDEAN region, while helping to create a more sustainable production environment for agricultural products. Investing a share of the companies’ earnings in social programs and projects to create opportunities for the poor and least fortunate part of the ANDEAN population.
HOW WE DO IT
At PanAndean Kommerz, we are committed to long lasting and sustainable relationships with everyone we deal and work with.
We find local producers of fruits and other commodities in many different departments in Colombia, such as Santander, Cundinamarca, Antioquia, Tolima, Huila, Norte de Santander among others.
We visit producers directly at their farms, analyse their standards of production and if the necessary requirements for a partnership with PanAndean Kommerz are met, we make a proposal to the local producer. Signing a long term contract that benefits both the producer and PanAndean Kommerz. The producer because he will have a guaranteed amount of sales every harvest, at a higher price than he could achieve selling his products on the local market. For PanAndean, because we can assure the amount of production of every harvest, adjusting the season of the harvest to the necessities and requirements of our customers.
We provide consultancy and professional advise with our team of agricultural engineers on how to make their production more sustainable and more importantly how to make it meet the standards to get the Global G.A.P. requirements.
